Right of Withdrawal
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and, for hygiene reasons, must not have been opened.
Certain items are completely exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
If free shipping was applied at the time of purchase, this means only that shipping costs were not charged to the customer. In the event of a return under our right of withdrawal policy, the order amount will be refunded minus the shipping costs incurred by us.

The following items cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Certain health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, for example:
Books with obvious signs of use
CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Due to the nature of digital and automated products, which are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
